For your convenience, Lifetime International Inc accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, and Discover. We also accept
personal checks.

For orders paid for via check or money order:
Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed. This process generally takes between 4-5 business days from the time your payment is received. Pricing and Tax

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We are obligated by New York State law to charge 8.325% sales tax on items delivered to New York addresses. Deliveries to all other areas are tax-exempt.

Our Charge Policy

There are no refunds or cancellations on custom orders.
All our bohemian and traditional crystal chandeliers products are specially ordered from the manufacturer directly on your behalf. Therefore, once you place such an order,
a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card.
No returns, exchanges and cancellations are allowed.

Terms

Regarding the rest of our products, returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer’s defects or shipping damage are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return, and 10% restocking fee on exchange items in addition to freight charges.
